Who runs the Concord Senior Center?

To get to know us better, we have broken down the facility into three categories: City Programs & Services, Meals on Wheels Diablo Region, and the Concord Senior Citizen's Club.

City of Concord Senior Center Programs

The City offers instructional classes, activities, trips/tours, and special events. All services offered are coordinated through City staff. To find out more information on our class offerings, check out our Activity Guide!

Cafe Costa through Meals on Wheels Diablo region

Café Costa is open to adults 60+ and their younger spouses. Meals are served Monday-Thursday at 11:30 a.m. Reservations are required and must be made by 11:30 a.m. the day before by calling 925-825-1488. The suggested donation to participate in meal service is $3.00, but is not required.

Concord Senior Citizen's Club

The Concord Senior Citizen's Club has a long history with the center. The Club operates with an elected board, individual finances, and is 100% volunteer run. They operate all non-instructional social activities, including card games, bingo, pool tables, book club, and more! For more information about membership or how to get involved, visit their office window on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or call 925-687-2585. You can also reach them via email at concord.seniors@yahoo.com.
