NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Concord will consider an application for an Administrative Permit, Minor Exemption, Design and Site Review, and introduction of an ordinance approving a Development Agreement between the City of Concord and Authentic Concord LLC (PL21153 - AA, ME, DR, DA) for a cannabis storefront retail business located at 1045 Galaxy Way. The General Plan designation for this site West Concord Mixed Use (WCMU) and the zoning classification is West Concord Mixed Use (WMX); APN: 126-325-004. CEQA: Exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3), the Common Sense Exemption.
On September 7, 2022, this item was considered by the Planning Commission, where the Planning Commission voted 4-0 (Ayes: Mercurio, Mizutani, Barbour, Laub) to adopt Resolution No. 22-07PC recommending the City Council approve an Administrative Permit, Minor Exception, Design and Site Review, and the adoption of an Ordinance for a Development Agreement for a cannabis storefront retail business located at 1045 Galaxy Way (PL21153 – AA, ME, DR, DA).
NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Concord will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on this matter in the Council Chamber, located at 1950 Parkside Drive, on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard) at which time and place interested persons may appear and be heard.
