The City of Concord Planning Commission will consider the following project on September 7, 2022 at 6:30 pm in the Council Chamber, 1950 Parkside Drive, Concord, CA:
Authentic Concord Retail Cannabis Storefront (PL21153 - AA, ME, DR, DA) - Considering adoption of Resolution No. 22-07PC recommending the City Council approve Administrative Permit, Minor Exception, Design and Site Review, and adopt an ordinance for a Development Agreement for a cannabis storefront and delivery retail business located at 1045 Galaxy Way. The General Plan designation for this site is West Concord Mixed Use (WCMU), and the zoning classification is West Concord Mixed Use (WMX); APN: 126-325-004.
