All people ages 5 and older are now eligible to get a safe, effective and no-cost COVID-19 vaccine and booster for maximum protection against the virus.

People over the age of 18 may choose any brand of vaccine for their booster. Adolescents ages 5-17 can only get Pfizer for their booster. A second booster dose is recommended for some groups of people.

To make an appointment for a booster dose, please contact your healthcare provider or local pharmacy. Appointments through Contra Costa Health Services (CCHS) are recommended and can be made online or by phone at 1-833-829-2626, Mondays through Fridays from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

People without appointments are accepted as time and vaccine supply allows. By scheduling a booster vaccine using this website, you are attesting to being eligible for a booster shot. If you are not certain if you qualify, please talk to your healthcare provider.
