Application for a Development Agreement, Use Permit, Variance, Administrative Permit, Tree Removal Permit, and Design and Site Review (PL21109 – DA, UP, VA, AA, RT, DR) for a cannabis microbusiness with storefront retail located at 2366 Stanwell Circle. The General Plan designation for this site is Business Park (BP), and the Zoning Classification is Office Business Park (OBP); APNs: 112-252-021, -022, and -006. CEQA: Categorically exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15301 (Existing Facilities), 15302 (Replacement or Reconstruction), 15303 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures), 15304 (Minor Alterations to Land), and 15305 (Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations).
