The City of Concord is kicking off the update to its Housing Element for years 2023-2030 with an overview of this state-mandated process being presented to the City Council on June 22.
The Housing Element is the document that analyzes and addresses the City’s housing needs of all segments of the population through a variety of policies and programs. Over the course of the next 18 months the City will host several meetings and workshops to seek community input on this very important issue.
Please join us (by Zoom) at the City Council meeting on Tuesday, June 22 at 6:30 p.m. to hear additional information about the process, timeline, and opportunities for community input. The meeting agenda, which contains a report with background information on this update process, will be posted on City’s agenda website no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, June 18.
