This Sunday, Dec. 15, join the City of Concord in welcoming the holiday season in Todos Santos Plaza with a number of traditional festivities including an official tree-lighting, horse-drawn carriage rides, the Mayor’s sing-along and a special visit from Santa.
Santa will make his grand arrival at 4 p.m. on a bright red fire truck to visit with children and hear their holiday wishes. Parents are welcome to bring a camera or opt for a professional photo available for a small fee.
The Mayor’s sing-along will begin at 6 p.m., with the tree lighting at 6:15 p.m. Carriage rides will also be offered for a nominal fee, sponsored by the Todos Santos Business Association.
Other activities and entertainment will be announced as they are confirmed.
Free parking: Todos Santos Plaza offers free parking in two municipal garages. The Grant Street Garage entrance is on Salvio Street between Grant and Colfax streets. The Todos Santos Parking Center entrance is on Salvio Street between Galindo and Mt. Diablo streets.
