Community Meeting: Homeless Strategic Plan

The goal of this meeting is to share information on Concord's unsheltered population, and to listen to your concerns, ideas, and feedback regarding the issue of homelessness in Concord. The input collected from the event will help identify community goals and priorities that will inform the development of an actionable strategic plan to respond to homelessness in Concord.
