Quality of Life Survey

Every few years, the City of Concord commissions an independent research firm to conduct a survey of residents to gauge their satisfaction with City services and the overall quality of life in Concord. The most recent survey, conducted in January 2022, also asked residents how they would like to see the City invest $19 million of one-time federal recovery money from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).

On March 8, 2022, researcher Bryan Godbe presented the findings to the City Council at its regular meeting.
