Location: CC Kitchen at Centre Concord

Ages:  13-17

Your teen will learn about a different US state each day, and eat delicious food associated with that state. Recipes have been culled from well-known restaurants around the USA like creamy corn chowder from Dragon Seafood in Alaska, cheese blintz' from Stage Deli in New York, and ice cream sandwich cookies from Ben & Jerry's in Vermont.

Youth

A Dish of Disney

Location: CC Kitchen at Centre Concord

Dates: Mon, June 21 - Fri, July 2

Ages:  6-14

Your child will cook, eat, and have a blast with Disney characters and movies. The food we cook is an interpretation of Disney, like pizza from Pizza Planet in Toy Story, grubs & bugs from Lion King, and meatball stroganoff from Anastasia! Your child will experiment with different kitchen tools, and learn cooking skills through daily demos.

Cooking Round the World

Location: CC Kitchen at Centre Concord

Dates: Tue, July 6 - Fri, July 16 

Ages: 6-14

You don't need a passport to cook from 10 different countries. Your child will learn about culture, tastes, and celebrations while enjoying a variety of different foods from different countries. $90 material fee due on the first day to the instructor.

Island Cooking

Location: CC Kitchen at Centre Concord

Dates: Tue, July 6 - Fri, July 16

Ages:  6-14

Did you know that most islands have a special style of cooking using only ingredients that are available on the island? Learn to cook with common island ingredients like papaya, plantains, turmeric, limes and jerk. You'll learn how to cook pumpkin pancakes with palm sugar from Aruba, yam bread from Trinidad, Filipino pancit rice noodles, and more!
