County Connection bus

FREE Shuttle Service - Monument Neighborhood Shuttle

Monument Impact, in partnership with the City of Concord, launched a FREE shuttle bus transportation service for the community. This program is funded by CCTA Measure J. The service will connect the community with various key destinations in the City of Concord. Just hop on! NO PASS OR PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED!

Bus stops include:

  • Downtown Concord BART (back side by Oakland Avenue)
  • Downtown Concord (Pacheco Street & Grant Street)
  • Concord Senior Center (Parkside Street)
  • John Muir Medical Center (East Street Hospital Entrance inside parking lot)
  • La Clinica de La Raza (Sierra Road)
  • Monument Crisis Center (Sutter Street in front of the center)
  • Monument Impact – 2699 Monument Boulevard (Inside shopping center by MI office)
  • Monument Impact – 1760 Clayton Road (Inside parking lot)
  • WIC Office
  • Cambridge Elementary (Lacy Lane)
  • Concord Library
  • Meadow Homes Park
  • and more!

Shuttle service hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with extended hours on Tuesdays until 8:00 PM. For the Detroit Route map and schedule, click here. Bus Service - County Connection

County Connection provides fixed-route and paratransit bus service throughout the communities of Concord, Pleasant Hill, Martinez, Walnut Creek, Clayton, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Danville, San Ramon, as well as unincorporated communities in Central Contra Costa County.

BART - Bay Area Rapid Transit

Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) connects the San Francisco Peninsula with Oakland, Berkeley, Fremont, Walnut Creek, Dublin/Pleasanton and other cities in the East Bay. For more than 45 years BART has provided fast, reliable transportation to downtown offices, shopping centers, tourist attractions, entertainment venues, universities and other destinations for Bay Area residents and visitors alike.
