Concord’s GIS (Geographical Information System) Division is the one-stop-shop for the City's GIS data, as well as spatial analysis services. This technology consists of an organized collection of spatial geographic data and procedures designed to capture, store, update, analyze and display information in useful ways. The team collaborates with other organizations and districts to create rich data resources for use in local government-- e.g., streets, utilities, crime maps, economic development, and planning. These datasets also integrate with other enterprise applications such as asset management, permit tracking, new address creation, computer aided dispatch and more.
