Mobile Home Rent Stabilization
The City’s Municipal Code (Chapter 58) regulates mobile home rent increases. The ordinance controls the frequency of rent increases and ties any adjustments to the consumer price index.

The purpose of the Multi Family Inspection Program (MFIP) is to ensure that every resident who resides in a Multi-Family community in Concord can feel safe about where they are living.

Residential Tenant Protection Program
The Residential Tenant Protection Program, effective August 28, 2020, allows for, among other things: relocation assistance for no-fault just cause evictions; requires that a tenant be provided a written lease with the appropriate minimum lease terms; and sunsets on January 1, 2030.
