The City of Concord is currently designing the paving project at Meadow Lane and Market Street.
Residents and property owners in this area are invited to attend an in-person community meeting on Monday, June 6 hosted by the City of Concord to provide information about the project.
The City’s engineering staff and design consultant will discuss the proposed improvements for Meadow Lane and Market Street, and will be available to answer questions. We are seeking your feedback on the project and look forward to your attendance and participation.
Project Background
The Meadow Lane / Market Street Paving Project will involve pavement rehabilitation on Meadow Lane from Monument Blvd to Market Street, and then up Market Street to just south of Willow Pass Road. The project includes some pedestrian improvements include upgrading accessible ramps to current ADA standards, striping, pavement markings, and utility cover adjustments. The project is currently in the design phase, with construction anticipated to begin Spring 2023.
