Camp Concord Group Rentals

 

Camp Concord provides stunning scenery and affordable rates for business conferences, family reunions, weddings, special events, youth groups, social club functions, church groups and environmental education. Customized packages are created for each client group in order to meet their unique needs. Camp Concord offers an all inclusive program catered to youth, teens and adults with quality meals, staff lead activities and staff assistance for those groups who want to do-it-themselves. Lodging

CabinCamp Concord has 28 cabins, 7 staff quarters, 2 bath houses, a centralized dining/meeting hall, and an office. Of the 28 cabins, 18 have electricity and are equipped to sleep 5 to 8 individuals on double, single, and bunk beds. The other 10 cabins are a bit more rustic and do not have electricity. These cabins are typically used to accommodate youth groups with the ability to sleep up to 12 individuals on bunk beds. All cabins have convenient access to restrooms, hot showers, laundry facilities and the main lodge. Limited wheelchair accessibility is available.

Cuisine

Camp Concord dinnerMeals are served three times a day in the main lodge next to our grand fireplace (unless otherwise arranged). Our cuisine features salad bars, fresh fruit, and a selection of vegetables. Camp Concord has the ability to customize meals to your specific tastes. View a sample menu.

Affordable Pricing & Programming

The price structure posted below includes all your meals and two Camp Concord staff to run camp programs (i.e., canoeing, archery, nature hikes, arts & crafts, lifeguarding, group games, low element initiatives, team building exercises, campfires, etc.). If your group has alternate needs, the fee structure may vary. All groups must have a minimum of 25 participants. Hourseback RidingAdditional Program Activities

Rafting: For $18 per person, Camp Concord can provide up to five rafts for you and your group to run the Class 3 waters of the Truckee River (weather and water flow permitting).

Horseback Riding: The Camp Richardson corral is a few minutes away from Camp Concord and offers hour-long trail rides for around $30.
