How to Obtain Bid Plans and Specifications

• The best way to obtain plans and specifications is through the Projects Open to Bid page (listed above).

• You may also purchase plans and specifications for a fee through the City of Concord’s Engineering Services Department located at 1957 Parkside Drive. The fees for purchase of the plans and specifications are non-refundable. Fees will vary based on the actual cost to produce the documents.
