- Bucklin Minor Subdivision (PM 06-010, VA 06-009) – Application for a two-lot Minor Subdivision on a 0.52-acre site and a Variance for a 73-foot wide lot where 80 feet is required at 3643 Walnut Avenue. The General Plan designation is Low Density Residential; Zoning classification is R-8 (Single Family Residential, 8,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size); APN 114-341-020. Project Planner: G. - T-Mobile @ Comfort Inn (ZA 06-008) – Application to install six panel antennas and ancillary equipment on the roof of the Comfort Inn hotel at 1370 Monument Boulevard. The General Plan designation is Community Office; Zoning classification is APO (Apartment and Professional Office); APN 147-030-045. Project Planner: Tina Hadley @ 671-3281.
- T-Mobile @ Dana Plaza (ZA 06-010) – Application to replace a 30 ft. tall parking lot light pole with a 42 ft. tall parking lot light pole with three panel antennas and add an 82 sq. ft. equipment enclosure to an existing enclosure at 4115 Concord Boulevard. The General Plan designation is Neighborhood Community Commercial; Zoning classification is PD (Planned District); APN 114-690-064. Project Planner: Tina Hadley @ 671-3281.
