The public is encouraged to participate in the City's decision-making process and is invited to attend City Council Committee meetings where issues affecting the community are discussed.

The City Manager oversees the preparation of an agenda for each meeting. A Council Committee agenda is published at least 72 hours prior to the meeting.
Reports to the Council Committee represent a detailed description of the item being considered and the action recommended by City staff, and often include supporting attachments.
