  1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES of the Regular Meeting of of September 9, 2008
  2. PRESENTATION OF CITY’S ANNUAL ACCESSIBILITY REPORT – Laurel Purewal, ADA Coordinator from the City’s Building, Engineering and Neighborhood Services Department will give a presentation on ADA projects and accessibility for programs in Concord
  3. GUEST SPEAKER
    1. Roger Acuna and Henry Jones will give an update on ADA issues being addressed by Independent Living Resources
    2. Mark Smith, Associate Architect, Office of Universal Design, Division of the State Architect will speak about the recently passed SB 1608 Accessibility Bill
