  2. GUEST SPEAKER – Jim Hernandez, Youth Violence Prevention Specialist from the Concord Police Department, will speak on his involvement with at-risk youth in Concord
  3. CONSIDERATION OF REVISED WORK PLAN FOR 2006-07 – Consider approval of a revision to the Human Relations Commission 2006-07 Work Plan as recommended by the Recreation and Cultural Affairs Committee
  4. APPOINTMENT OF SUBCOMMITTEES – Chair Lee will appoint Commissioners to the Education, Legislative, and Community and Public Relations subcommittees
