    Commissioners will present awards to Angelica Galang – Youth Scholarship, Sandy Chavez – Random Act of Kindness, Arnel Crescini - Random Act of Kindness, Michael McKay – Community Involvement, Alice Bonner – Education and Awareness, Susan Nisbet – Humanitarian, and Virginia Brunk – Ruth Galindo
