Gallery Concord

- Summer Spectrum Show (July 8th through September 25th, 2010)
Non-profit and community-oriented, the Gallery Concord, offers exhibit space to regional artists and provides a visual arts focus for both residents and visitors. The educational gallery managed by artists from the California Watercolor Association. It is located at 1765 Galindo St. (former Masonic Temple), and is open Thursdays through Sundays 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. For more information, please call (925) 691-6140.
Sleep Train Pavilion
Nestled in the Mount Diablo foothills, the 12,500-seat Sleep Train Pavilion at Concord provides an unsurpassed outdoor showplace for such stars as Alanis Morissette, Aerosmith, Alice Cooper, Bonnie Raitt, BB King, Bruce Springsteen, Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson, Dave Matthews Band, Hilary Duff, K.D. Diablo, is a pedestrian-oriented premier East Bay entertainment center offering more than 40 restaurants, Brenden Theatre, and free converts and community events throughout the year drawing more than one million visitors to the downtown annually.
