Council appointments to Design Review Board
At its meeting on March 4, the Concord City Council re-appointed Jack Moore and appointed Ernesto Avila to the Design Review Board for two-year terms ending Feb, 28, 2010.
The Design Review Board consists of three design professionals who may be nonresidents of Concord, one public member with experience or training in design concepts, and one appointed Planning Commission member.
The five-member Design Review Board meets on the second and fourth Thursday of each month. Board members review the design of projects for which a building permit, certificate, or other approval is required and any matter referred to the board by the Planning Commission, Zoning Administrator or Planning Manager.
