The City of Concord is celebrating spooky season with a Pumpkin Contest! Community members can submit pictures of their carved or painted pumpkin to events@cityofconcord.org. Submissions will be posted to the City of Concord Facebook page, and the participants who submit the top 3 most “liked” pictures will win donated gift cards! Pictures will be posted on October 27 and winners will be announced October 29 during Concord Live!
