Concord has a long history of supporting affordable housing which includes the construction/rehabilitation of multi-family complexes, programs that address habitability issues and excessive rent increases in multi-family units, homeowner rehabilitation assistance, and programs that assist low-income residents with purchasing a home.
The City of Concord is excited to announce the availability of four newly constructed below-market rate (BMR) homeownership units affordable to households at or below 120 percent of area median income. These 3-bedroom homes are being constructed by Discovery Builders and are starting at $526,466. The homes are located within the Willow Terrace community located almost directly across from the Civic Center on Willow Pass. There is one home left for purchase! Bay Area Affordable Homeownership Alliance (BAAHA), a non-profit organization, assists the City in administering the program. All application materials are available through BAAHA by emailing them at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling them at 800-480-9020.
