City of concord rental assistance 

In partnership with Shelter, Inc., Concord has allocated funds to provide rental assistance for tenants who meet the requirements for income eligibility and for nonpayment of rent due to proven COVID-19 related issues. Residential tenant protection program

Updated October 19, 2020

On Tuesday, July 28, 2020, Concord City Council adopted the Residential Tenant Protection Program to be effective August 28, 2020, and allows for, among other things: relocation assistance for no-fault just cause evictions; requires that a tenant be provided a written lease with the appropriate minimum lease terms; and sunsets on January 1, 2030.
